Tenant Qualifications

Unfortunately, not all applicants will qualify to rent properties listed though this service. Here is a brief summary of our qualification criteria:

REQUIRED INFORMATION

  • Government issued photo ID
  • Pay stubs and personal bank statement from last 90 days (no corporate bank statements)
  • Pet profile registered with www.petscreening.com if pet(s) are included in the household
  • Current landlord contact info and for the previous three years, (e.) All adults aged 18+ must apply individually with their own email address and pay a $52 application fee; this fee is not refundable.

COMMON REASONS TO BE DECLINED

Some of the most common reasons for prospective renters to be declined are: incomplete application forms, previous evictions, active collections from landlords, credit score below 620 or no credit, insufficient income, unsatisfactory references, active bankruptcies, pets over 30lbs (no aggressive breeds allowed), excess number of vehicles, or move in dates that are too far in future.
