Our goal as your property manager is to provide the best marketing services that will maximize the amount of money you receive. We specialize in single-family homes, townhomes, and condos in the Bay Area. Choosing the right tenant for your property is extremely important, we want to help you! We review the potential tenant’s rental history, credit report, employment, and background check. WE believe that a tenant’s first financial responsibility is to the landlord, and we in turn, to you. We do not tolerate a tenant that does not make timely rental payments
Regular home maintenance is preventive maintenance, and timely repairs are smart management. We do not believe in deferred maintenance. We provide Supervisory Services that include Day-to-Day Maintenance, Emergency On Call Services, Third Party Vendor Fee negotiations and assignment, Renovation/Additions Project Management.
Easy to understand monthly financial statements are generated each month for you. Our service includes paying the expenses for your property. This can include homeowner dues and maintenance fees/repairs. These payments are deducted from the rent collected. We’ll even deposit your rent to your bank account!
